How the Apollo Curling League is governed
The Apollo Curling League was incorporated as a non-profit society under the Societies Act (Alberta) on September 8, 2026. These By-laws set out how the League is run: who can be a Member, how meetings are called and conducted, how the Board of Directors is elected and what it does, how Officers are chosen, how the League's finances are managed, and how the By-laws themselves can be changed.
The League has one class of Member. Every Member in good standing can elect Directors, appoint the Auditor, amend the By-laws, inspect the League's records, and vote on any matter put to the membership.
The document below is the signed version of the By-laws as revised on September 4, 2026, under which the League was incorporated. Signatures have been redacted for privacy. If you have questions about the By-laws, email organizers@apollocurling.com.
